Just a bit about myself and Coastal Painting & Property
Maintenance. My name is Craig and I am the Director of Coastal
Painting & Property Maintenance. You could say I was born to be
a domestic and commercial painter, I am a third generation
decorator with over 95 years worth of combined knowledge in my
family.
Our painting team consist of various fully qualified
trades persons with a vast wealth of knowledge of there own. We
specialize in all decorative paint finishes and
wallpaper hanging. We are also fortunate to have the
vast knowledge and experience of a traditional carpenter to
assist Coastal Painting & Property Maintenance in all our home
maintenance requirements.
Coastal Painting & Property Maintenance prides itself on
"old school values" such as first class service with first
class workmanship. We have carried out extensive work in the
Mandurah area over the last 8 years and are also proud to boast
that we use only local trades and services to carry out our work.
That being said we don't only undertake work in the Mandurah Peel
region we also undertake projects north and south of Perth, and the
whole of the metro area.
Coastal Painting & Property Maintenance believe that
the secret to our painting success is that we don't hire
subcontractors to do our work. All the painters on our team are
employed directly by Coastal Painting, we insist that our
employees take full ownership of there work. They take
the upmost pride in what they are doing, because at Coastal
your not just another number you are part of the family.
All of our employees have to undertake a police clearance
before they can join the team at Coastal. We
strongly believe that this is very important in todays
society because we are working in peoples homes and after
all a "mans home is his castle".
Coastal Painting & Property Maintenance promotes a
healthy work place and has a NO SMOKING Policy on all Residential
Projects. We also do our part for the environment, with self
contained waste units. These units separate all the paint waste
into solid and liquid form, this means that the solid waste can
then be disposed of via a landfill facility and the
liquid waste is then safe and clean enough to be
dispersed into the ground.
